1922 Gillette Aristocrat Safety Razor

1922 Gillette Aristocrat Safety Razor "Old Type" in almost mint condition, i say almost because
it was owned previously. As shown in the Krumholz Guide to Gillette Safety Razors,
this one is rare: The 1922 old types were much beefier than the earlier old types. The
1922 old type has a mass of 78 grams and is 8.2cm; 8.2 cm = 3.22834 inches while the earlier old
type is only 40 grams. The metal is thicker.

The plating is excellent with no loss at all. This razor is exceptionally clean and shows very
little signs of use. There are no bent teeth and no cracks in the handle. There is no brassing,
dents, gouges etc. This vintage razor is beautiful and will last a lifetime. These razors are
becoming hard to come by, don't let this pass you by. This razor has been carefully and thoroughly
cleaned, sanitized, oiled and comes 100% shave-ready.

Everything screws together nicely and the teeth look as though it came out of the Gillette factory.
This is one very beautiful close to perfect razor.
